Do we have a minimum charge?

We do have a minimum clearance charge which is our garage clearance price on our guide.
All our prices do have a mileage limit, we offer a free 30mile radius of our office in Chesterfield, If your mileage is higher than 30miles we just charge on a per mile basis.

what do we do with your items?

All the items that we clear from the property are taken and recycled at our Storage facility, where we dismantle items such as beds and sofas etc and we recover all items that are recyclable or re-use able. We donate all bedding and towels etc to the R.S.P.C.A and we donate all clothing, shoes etc to local charities such as Ashgate hospice and the N.S.P.C.C.
All children’s toys, games, puzzles etc are donated to children’s charities.
